For any college or training after HS, you must complete the FAFSA.
It's always free. Required for the A+ program.
1. Gather needed information- latest tax info, Social Security numbers for student and parents, etc.
2. Create a FAFSA account. Keep that information with your tax info.
3. Go the FAFSA ID site and create an ID for student and parents. This is how you electronically sign the FAFSA.
The FAFSA is ALWAYS free!!!

Essays! How-to write a great essay.
*Check the deadlines, don't let them sneak up on you.
*Tell them who you are, what kind of things you have done, and why you deserve their organization's sponsorship
*Have someone read it. We can't always see our own mistakes, another set of eyes is helpful.
*Then have someone else read it. This is so important!!!!
